The theme of the art project is "Collection".
It came from an image that is colored by various "memories" we have collected while strolling in Tokyo.
Bank Bed Gallery is pleased to introduce works by artists who are based in Tokyo.
The art works as the "memories" can be traveled with you. We hope that you will find your favorite piece.

The curtain was waving in the wind and I could see the other side.
There was the depths of the forest that should have been far away.
Perhaps the world may have changed the whole shape into a gap that has left its eyes.
Two artists makes satisfuction with work such as pottery,
animation and drawing ot the other side which may be such.
カーテンが風で揺れて向こう側が見えた。
そこにはずっと遠くにあるはずの森のおくがあった。
もしかしたら世界は目を離した隙に全く形を変えてしまっているのかもしれない。
そんなあるかもしれない向こう側を二人の作家が、
陶芸、アニメーション、ドローイングなどの作品で満たします。
Ikuya Takahashi / 高橋 生也
Born in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture in 1991.
Graduated from the Department of Inter-media Art at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2015.
The main works are “The Man Who Takes Stars” and “The Secret Place”.
Also produces corporate advertisements such as Jeep, Jetstar, CHANEL.
1991年 千葉県市原市に生まれる。
2015年 東京藝術大学美術学部先端芸術表現科卒業。
代表作に「星を獲る男」「秘密の場所」
Jeep®︎、Jetstar、CHANELなどの企業の広告制作でも活躍。
Yasuhito Yuhara / ゆはら やすひと
Born in Chosei-gun, Chiba Prefecture in 1987.
Graduated from the Department of Crafts ceramics course at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2013.
Graduated from the Graduate Course of Art and Education in 2015.
Group exhibition at “Torindo” in 2016.
Solo exhibition at ”Art Complex Center” in 2018.

旅の途中。目にした風景、耳を澄ました鳥の声、どこか懐かしい花の匂い。
抱えきれないほどの思い出に囲まれて、心地良いひとときを過ごしていただきたい。
楽しい非日常の時間をカバンに詰め込んで、新たな一日に旅立っていただきたい。
テーマは「採集」。
東京を散歩して集めてきた色々な「思い出」に彩られているイメージです。
Bank Bed Galleryでは、東京をベースに活動しているアーティストの作品を少しずつ紹介いたします。
